Well I have been mixing it up lately.
Last couple weeks anyway.

Yea that is what I said when I watched those shows.
I have been thinking I needed to eat way more veggies than I have been eating and so it happened.
Lucky for me I am only 55 and I do not take any medicine of any kind.

I have known diet can fix what ails ya most of the time and these 2 shows will plant that in your head a bit deeper.
Wife is not happy about less meat/dairy eating at all.
She is on meds though and checks her blood sugar and is a lot overweight.
I hope this fixes some of her issues.

Changing up the diet.
I never knew what lentils were and I like them just simmered until max water absorption then drain.
Kind of smoky flavored.
Wife thinks they taste a little bit like black pepper. I do not season them with anything.
She hates them.

Great high protein seed.
My favorite below
Spread those lentils on a tortilla and then cover with cooked onions and bell peppers and mushrooms then mashed avocado on that and spinach leaves and cilantro and then some salsa on top.

Almost too big to eat but very filling and I do not miss the fact that there is not any meat.
