Just not in favor of non residents coming to the state.

So take it out on ODWC and the OK state legislators who make the rules, ask for change. In this case, is retrieverman hunting in your potential spot and killing the deer you wanted? Lol

My guess is he don't hunt or not very good at it and just jealousy from behind the keyboard. I, for one, love hunting in CO. They raised the non res $$ where a cow elk is $600 so I don't go every year but I NEVER go on a CO forum and bash the members as they don't write the regs. Childish imo.

A resident lifetime lic gives resident privileges
I might be missing something with your statement here.

I’ve got a lifetime combo license and it doesn’t give me special privileges. All it does is make it to where I don’t have to buy my deer tags, trapping license and maybe another item or two I can’t think of right now.

I still have to buy a federal duck stamp, so it doesn’t help with that.

Please explain how having a lifetime license gives special privileges.

Again, I maybe be missing something here or not understanding what you’re saying.

I’m not meaning to say special privileges, but resident privilege which at the end is only pricing. Non residents have to pay more. Non residents can do everything residents can but it will cost them more. But a non resident who had previously purchased a resident lifetime lic will not have to pay more and gets to enjoy it although he is not a resident anymore.
