Why’s that? I’ve found rabbits to be pretty easy to skin/clean
Skinning them without getting hair on the meat was accomplished by us with dunking the entire rabbit into a 5 gallon bucket of water, hanging them on a couple of nails on a sawhorse through the hocks and skin them right down. No hair. We only saved the back straps and rear legs, so we skinned them to the front legs, and cut them off there.
Not seeing many in the NC part of the state.
