Next time you a get the old "This call may be recorded". tell the ifrst human you talk to the same thing. It gets some nifty reactions.

Yeah your favorite bank Bank of America will tell you they can't have you do that at the same time they do and they will hang up on you
i'm not sure i'd tell them. 1) they can't assume the call will remain private since it's being recorded and 2) some states are one party consent only, so as long as one side knows the call is being recorded, it's legal (FYI this is usually the state where the call originates from, IIRC)

The human on the phone is a cheerful endangered species. Show sympathy for the human on the phone. You can pick-up alot of chcks that way.
I usually just start yodellingg until they answer ...then tell them Im glad they got my yoodelleing recorded.... 
I tell folks i am recording too. yes, there are mixed reactions. Never been hung up on though. I say let them hang up. I would find another bank...oh, doesn't Bank of America support gun control?
