Yep. They had him on some kinda alphabet infusion for 5 days. And a really high dose of steroids and about a million other things. Now that thr infusion is done he's on something else -- I am assuming it is the maintenance med they will send home a script for when the time comes.
As for now he's on an IV, he still has his line in the corner of his neck/shoulder so they can draw blood/give meds there also and that is pretty much it.

Shoot, I quit trying and now I just stay in the doghouse. It’s easier than moving in and out.In a side note, if he is always in trouble with, would that not make you the grumpy one? Inquiring minds want to know.
I like trying to confuse mine. Anytime I open my mouth she never knows if I will be sweet or ornery.
Excellent news, Patti! Sounds like things are progressing wonderfully. Don't forget to take care of yourself, 'cause you know he's gonna' be a handful when he gets home!
I don't get on much anymore, but I saw the blurb you first posted and started praying. I just had the time and read through the whole thing. Will be praying seriously for you both. Glad his brother and his wife came down, that load of trying to be with them 24/7 by yourself is exhausting!
