I have a buddy that got all punchy and shot a buck in the @$$. Surprisingly, he hit the femoral artery and watched the deer stand there and bleed out.
Is his name Mark, and does he hunt in the TX panhandle?I have a buddy that got all punchy and shot a buck in the @$$. Surprisingly, he hit the femoral artery and watched the deer stand there and bleed out.
I made a Tx heart shot once. It was pretty devastating and evidently well placed as the buck had zero meat damage, just spinal cord and spine.I have a buddy that got all punchy and shot a buck in the @$$. Surprisingly, he hit the femoral artery and watched the deer stand there and bleed out.
Close. Mike. But he was hunting Creek Co, OK. Just north of Okemah. Is his name Mark, and does he hunt in the TX panhandle?
The nicest four point I have ever seen.I can’t swear to this but I believe this buck is one I’ve seen for the last two years on the same place and both years he’s been one horned.
I ought to bring in a young kid and let him get this buck.
Have you been able to see the base where the other side is supposed to be? My bet is a head injury (like hit by a car at some point). I’ve watched a big mature buck with a damaged pedicle for the last couple years, and from the side, he looks like a shooter until you see the other side. He hasn’t shown up yet this year.I can’t swear to this but I believe this buck is one I’ve seen for the last two years on the same place and both years he’s been one horned.
