Is USSA back to offering memberships?

Actually, long story short, I tuned out when David the owner blacklisted me and accused me of stealing all his range brass. Which I didn't. I've happily paid for Red Castle for a few years now even if it's much more expensive per visit for the 2-3 times i get to go out per year.

I had a membership there in 2013. It was expensive, but it was a really nice facility then. They still had the Rogers range then and the wife and I would go out there and get on it, or get one of the plate rack bays.
We had to stop going toward the tail end because of an injury I had at the time and just never renewed it. I never heard much good about it after the ownership changed and haven't been back.
