You could consider any bike a vehicle
But for all practical purposes, an e-bike that is an actual bicycle with pedal assist only up to 20 mph is considered a bicycle , But something with a throttle that doesn’t need to be pedaled to go is more like an electric scooter. Some of those wretched things are alarmingly fast

Thanks , I have a class two etrike, sings were at Tishomingo, sings were on roads leading back into the deep woods. I know US forest is out of the ?, glad we don’t have any here locally. . I hunt Cross Timbers, I know most of the areas that I can go on my e trike.
I have taken bikes on WMAs before where it has walking paths with those signs. I sure hope that is not illegal.
