Took a nasty fall. Hit my head and messed up my neck. Landed on my still messed up knee, it looks awful. The painful part is I landed on my arm and guess my ribs busted when they hit my elbow.

Oh how I hope I dont get a cough for a week or so, not sure I could take that.
