Boolits for "at risk youths". Courtesy of your tax dollars.
Maybe boolit stamps too. And an "at risk youths after school" marksmanship program to help them shoot more while shooting less.

Wouldn't work unless those 'boolits' -- ergo, the stuff cast in my garage for reloading -- were somehow taxed.

I suspect you mean factory ammunition?
