It's pretty European and Midwestern. You have to have a good quality mayo like Duke's or Helmans. Frito's are also real good with mayo or banana pepper vinegar.

Hmmm ... I'll have to try banana pepper vinegar. That sounds pretty good.

I’ve got to respectfully disagree - ketchup on both french fries and the burger is a must. But, I do agree, ketchup on meatloaf is mandatory [emoji3]
