Was in Utah this past week and my brother said they passed and interesting new law up there. It is constitutional carry. It allows persons to carry guns, unloaded either concealed or open. Sounds like a good idea and a staement to the government about 2A rights.

What do you guys think?

The bullets can be on your person just not loaded in the gun. That is for those tat can not or do not want to get a CCW or prefer not to have the loaded gun. Think about it here when someone is to carry a gun around even unloaded it still gets LEO uptight.

I always thought "Constitutional Carry" meant just that: bearing arms in accord with the Constitution and Bill of Rights. No permits, no restrictions on coverage, no requirement to carry unloaded, just carrying your weapon as intended.

Yeup...even the firearms community is liberalized into believing the 2A means "you can sometimes, where we tell you, how we tell you, and with these restrictions".

Granted I follow those rules even though they're unConstitutional because the consequences S.U.C.K.

We keep pushing our legislatures for CCarry, this is what will happen in our state. Just to pass the feel good bill, the righties will throw that unloaded bone to the lefties.
