Update: completed 48hours. Felt pretty tired and not much energy yesterday. Woke up today feeling pretty good. Took my vitamins with a big glass of water. Driving out to Enid today with several stops along the way. So I’ll be driving for a better part of the day and drinking a lot of water.

Your profile pic.....was that you after your last fast ? Fasting for awhile is not bad but 'extremes' of most anything can be detrimental.
I'm following along. 24 hours in ... Only thing that bugs me is when I take my meds they upset my stomach if it is empty. Oh well ... I have zofran for that so I can manage. Better living thru pharmaceuticals isn't just a saying. After a tree falls on you it's a lifestyle. Lol
