It only has 127k miles and its a TRD version meaning it has the rear E-Locker. If it's clean and has been maintained that's a great deal. Especially if you could get it for around 7k.

But no, it's not mine and I don't know whose it is. Just wanted to give people a heads up if someone was looking. ;-)

I see them with over 200k miles and sometimes 300k miles for 6-8k and they sell!

Here is a 2006 with 131k miles for 16k! That truck was probably 20k brand new.

Yours maybe lol I know yota's retain value but 8000 for a 13 year old truck...damn

You've clearly not tried looking at used Tacomas. It drives most folks to just buy a new one. When I got to the dealership to buy mine, the salesperson said "You been looking at used Tacomas?" and just grinned. He said that was one of their biggest selling points - reliability and highest resale value on the market.

Then he tried to sell me gap insurance and an extended warranty. I told him that his biggest selling point is screwing him over in that department (he agreed) :D .

My Toyota is not a Tacoma, but it's a great vehicle! Only reason I would ever sell it would be if I couldn't drive a stick shift any longer. If this guy has his maintenance records I'd say "Go for it."

You've mentioned your yota several times... And I would like to see pictures of it! So that way I can know whether to start hounding you about selling it to me or not... :)

My Toyota Tacoma SR5 V6 just went over 290,000 miles. Sounds like I might have to replace a fan belt. Its sqeaking a little. First maintenance other than 3000 mile oil changes. Its not a street truck.
The guy might get his price. My son got into a bidding war for his 98 Tacoma, when he listed it on craigs list a couple of years ago. Finally sold it for 2K more than he listed it for to a local guy in Ft Worth. Guy paid cash, got the title, and Chris asked him what was the big deal. He said he was leaving right away for the Mexican border. A broker would give him around 10K for it. They used them for APC's and weapons platforms all over the world. This broker sells them to unknown people in South America. Word has got out, so prices are up.

Lol ... Like I've ever been able to figure out how to post a pic! It's not the prettiest truck out there but mechanically it's solid as a rock. I'm pleased as punch with it! :)
