Makes perfectly good sense for the president to use the children because whatever actions he takes will not be about good policy but about politics. Emotion is necessary to gain support for policy without substance and can't be supported by facts.

You know what's worse than Barry putting on this show tomorrow? It's the media acting like lap dogs sucking it all up and putting bozo the clown on from this and that town or this and that group saying how evil gun owners are and that we have to stop them before they kill all our children. For this is how we are portrayed in the eyes of the media. Heck I haven't heard a one of them that could explain the different between a semi automatic rifle and a ar15.
