9 years ago my BFV hit a IED and killed 2 good friends of mine and mortally wounded my best friend, but many surgeries later I am still here.

It's good you're still with us to honor your friends. Remember them with fondness and keep their memories alive. We fight for our buddies in combat much more than flags and medals. They are the wealth of our lives.
