Is the Mullet an Endangered Species?

I ask because I'm concerned about having a successful Mullet Hunting season. Coincidentially, the opening day of Mullet Hunting season for Oklahoma County coincides with the opening day for the Oklahoma State Fair. My chances of bagging a 10 point Mullet looks slim this year considering the hot dry summer we have had. A lot of Mullets have been cut back to survive the heat.

Whats a 10 point Mullet you ask? Under the Cyrus ratings, a Mullet is scored by contrasts. The greater the contrast, the higher score.

Scoring Elements:

Length - Contrast in length in the front versus length in the back

Color - Contrast of the color in the front versus the color in the back

Texture - Contrast of the texture in the front versus the texture in the back
