No, all of Stalone's movies... ALL OF THEM promote a culture of violence. I'd say he is more of a contributor to the recent rash of shooting than Bushmaster will ever be.
Dude, WOW. So movies shouldn't feature the Bushmaster because those movies promote violence?

What else can you do with the Bushmaster. Can you use it like a spacula to turn eggs?
Should we ban the Bushmaster fom movies? Ban the imaginary guns.

Ban the imaginary guns, and the real guns will take care of themselves.

Large number of Stallone's movies are known for their excessive violence, and glorifies high body counts with scary looking firearms.

His career would not be where it is today if not for his trigger happy lead character portrayals.

Much evidence exists that continuous exposure to media violence has an adverse effect on a number of youth.

It's within the realm of possibility that Stallone's movies have encouraged at least one child to want to perform acts of violence.

I'm willing to bet that Stallone isn't going to change the plot of his movies to remove all violence, even if it "saves the life of just one child."

Stalone has made plenty of movies that have nothing to do with guns. You probably didn't see them because they looked stupid, but they are out there.

Twenty years ago some finger wagging liberal told you that Rambo glorified violence, and you laughed at her.
Times change and we change with them.

Rocky and Rambo pretty much constitute his whole career don't they? And I guess the Rocky movies , most of which were terrible, were about some guy who tried to make a living beating guys up. From one point of view, Rocky has encouraged the children to fight in the school yard. Just as video games, anti-depressants, and even twinkis have generated violence.

There is a foundational liberal buisybody point of view you have to buy into to chriticize his "work."
I'm embarassed to admit it, but I haven't yet completed my exhaustive study of Stallone's career, so I'm not prepared to do the whole Siskel and Ebert thing, but he has done a number of comedies, and even done a few dramatic parts.

One thing I've learned this week is that his opinion matters to gun people and gun grabbers, and it matters more than a little, it matters so much its absurd.
