Sure doesn't look like a replica. Road wheels look right, as well as the drive wheels. It's not the one from Aberdeen I don't think. That one was painted white when I last saw it...
Well, I take that back, the paint scheme does sorta look like the one from Aberdeen.
Could be a mockup on a Panzer chassis for a movie?

The upper front looks different when compared to the picture on wikipedia.
Could just be a different model.
