White Privilege? I'm white but I never got any privileges- started working for real in the 4th grade. Took a ton of crap until I finally parted ways on my last traditional work job in 2005 and returned to real estate. You mostly have one boss and that's yourself- long and weird hours and making sure you are constantly taking care of business is how you make a living. Only thing anyone ever gave me was a job- it's been up to me to keep it.
