By showing them that protesting every little thing is ok and disrespecting the country where men and women die to protect their freedom to be stupid. By not teaching them that an individual is responsible for their own actions and the world doesn’t owe them a living. A “professor” these days makes well in excess of $100k and might teach a single class per semester. It’s a cancer in our society but I guess you think that’s ok?

I've never seen a class on how to disrespect the flag or anthem..... have you? This is a board that touts personal responsibility for firearms, so I'll assume the same theory should apply to where people are responsibility for their own actions, in lieu of blaming "education?"

Personally, I think education is a good thing, I kinda like lernin stuff. Whether it be learning to work with your hands, a trade, or whether you go to college. You said... "he's got that liberal education"... and forgive me but that just sound retarded at best and trust me, I'm no fan of YG and his wannabe intellect. But....What does that even mean? Did he graduate from a liberal arts school or with a liberal arts degree or are you saying all colleges are "liberal."

Given your professor example I'm leaning towards you're bashing education in general? Because teaching 1 class per semester and getting 100K a year ain't the norm. Not by a longshot.

do you really think that is something a school should be teaching, or is it something a parent teaches? I know you have an agenda of blaming the school system, but values are learned at home, long before a school get them.

I am not sure how many of you remember being 16. I did more than one thing that would have pissed off several fathers. A 16 year old does not understand politics, they are still seeking safety in numbers. It is natural for most of them to bandwagon with others.

You’re welcome to think I’m wrong. At least that right hasn’t been lost yet. I’m not a liberal so I’m not afraid dissenting opinion. My BS meter is pegging out however when someone actually believes that prayer before a game is the same as taking a knee during our National Anthem. Just because some idiot thinks he’s oppressed as he’s paid millions of dollars to play a game and high school kids decide it’s the cool thing to do.

It should be. How many of those kids taking a knee do you think have parents that teach them to respect America? The truth is probably very few of them.
