I shoot at least once a week. But I also work on other drills several times a week. These include drawing practice, dry fire, reloading practice, and hypothetical situation drills (criminal just broke into the dining room window, etc.).

voted 2x a month. That is the min. I try to get in (if funds allow)

I voted twice a month, in reality more like 3 to 5 times a month but averaged it for winter time, not counting a lot of dry fireing, reloads, draw from IWB and OWB holsters. that was a good poll to pop your cherry on.
