LOL, of course not.So do these folk renounce their US citizenship and go through the necessary court proceedings?

Best advice yet. I don’t have a problem with demanding to know the probable cause that initiated the traffic stop. And an officer worth his salt should be able to tell you. Had a partner once with a pretty dry sense of humor. When he stopped a young smart *** with an attitude who refused to give even his name, my pard would then ask for next of kin. Some people just don’t understand cop humor.Recently got a ticket in a well known speed trap so thats pretty much on me, but its the first ticket I've had in over 40 yrs! I've had MANY verbal and even a couple written warnings though. Even got a warning from a OK State Trooper and those guys start out pissed. Why? Because when I get pulled over I kiss *** like I'm talking to Barney Fife and Thelma Lou just left him with blue balls once again. I've avoided THOUSANDS of dollars in tickets by being polite, friendly, and cooperative. Theres a time to make a stand but every bump is not a hill to die on. Use common sense, it will get you much farther than thorough knowledge of the law when dealing with most cops.
For me it's not the law enforcement officers themselves for the most part, it's the tyrannical government and them enforcing their will. If they're supporting the tyrannical government then they're no better than them. The whole excuse that they're just doing their jobs is a ridiculous excuse. And yes the numb nut was breaking the law and should've just handed his ID over to avoid an unnecessary altercation with them lolI really don’t understand the belligerence toward police and would like to know just when this attitude EVER worked out well for the person? I was once pulled over at 2:00 am and the officer asked me to produce my ID and registration. I smiled, handed them over and after he looked at them he explained there had been a lot of auto thefts in the area and wanted to make sure I wasn’t a thief. He handed them back and told me to “have a nice evening”. To which I replied “you too”. We parted ways and I DIDN’T spend the night in jail but rather got to sleep in my own bed.
Steve Lehto covered this in a video a few months back. tl;dr: the Kansas Two-Step has been declared unconstitutional and has been prohibited by the Federal court.I recently learned of the Kansas two step. That department is under investigation from the feds and has some court ordered changes the department needs to enforce.
Being pulled over in a shady area on suspicion of committing a crime and failing to ID during a police 'investigation' happens. Regardless of whether any of this was legal or not is something to be debated about in a court, not on the side of the road.I will give my ID if they give me a violation of a law that i broke but just to be pulling me over no way cause it is illegal for them to just go around pulling people over if you violated no law and just because there was several burglaries in the area doesnt cut it they need to have proof i was the one doing it, suspension isnt a crime, I can go around and saying i suspect any and every one of doing something illegal but doesnt mean they did any of it.
Headlines should have read: SHOPLIFTER SHOT WHILE ATTACKING POLICE OFFICER - nothing about being 'Black', nothing about being 'pregnant'!Like this BS?
Horrifying moment pregnant black woman is shot dead by Ohio cops
Shocking bodycam footage reveals the moment a pregnant black woman was shot dead by police after she drove into an officer in a Kroger parking lot.www.dailymail.co.uk
Chose FA / FO and is DEAD.
Family outraged at cops. ??????
Flame away. Black female chose not to comply, tried to flea, drove over cop and got shot. Family outrage at cop? Where is outrage at *****, non-complying daughter.
Media will key in the POOR, BLACK, SINGLE MOTHER and ignore the chose to not comply and tried to run over cop when fleeing.
Until attitudes change, the situation will get worse.
I have been wrongfully pulled over by obnoxious cops. The cop received some attitude over their bs, but compliance to their orders prevented getting shot or spending a night a jail. Discussion with the Judge or Chief of Police, resulted in "officer" needing to find other employment.
Escalation will not turn out in your favor.
That to me is stomping on my rights by throwing me in a cage for simply being out in public which is a predatory behavior and a direct violation of a citizens rights. The practice of detaining people until they can decide if they've actually committed a crime is illegal in my eyes.Being pulled over in a shady area on suspicion of committing a crime and failing to ID during a police 'investigation' happens. Regardless of whether any of this was legal or not is something to be debated about in a court, not on the side of the road.
So many people don't seem to be smart enough to understand this (in the court - not on the road) and ALWAYS end up losing worse, and sometimes even getting injured, than they would have if they just did what was asked at the time, then debated the whole thing in a court later (with or without an attorney).
The fact that they swarm a female like that for being suspected of shoplifting is ridiculous, did she threaten to blow the place up too? LolHeadlines should have read: SHOPLIFTER SHOT WHILE ATTACKING POLICE OFFICER - nothing about being 'Black', being 'pregnant'!
