i need a local FFL in norman moore area anyone know one thats cheap and reliable??? I already paid for my lower now i have to find someone to ship it too. BTW will i have to fill out paper work to register the upper in my name or can i just order the upper and have it sent to my home???

The upper can be shipped to your door. No paperwork or anything. The only thing you have to do a 4473 on is the lower receiver because that is the part with the serial number.
