My all-time high was 212. I started 2012 around 190. I weighed in at 152 this morning.

I haven't worn a size small and 29" jeans since 9th grade, but I'm in them again. Feelsgoodman. Weird watching your shoe size change because you even lost size there.

No joke. I'm 5'11 and fluctuate between 145 and 155 and Cards has got almost a decade on me agewise IIRC. And people keep calling me a scrawny fawk.

I just picture Cards fading away. Should we intervene? Of course not.
I just wish there were some subliminal strategy that would encourage him to eat a biscuit. Maybe now that he's in the chicken buisness
he's managing to actually nourish himself and maintain his grisly skeletal form. Lord, I hope so.

Congrats Danny... amazing results and wow Cards... that's downright scrawny! Good work!

When I left active duty 20 years ago, I was 6 foot, 180 with a 30 inch waist and 42 inch chest. Now I'm still 6 foot, only now carrying 200 pounds with a 38 inch waist and 44 chest. It's a combination of extra gut weight and much less muscle density. I need to get back into the gym and get back into much better shape...

I'm all "ignernt, you should've asked last week. I'm real busy at work this week because of the holiday rush to close projects. I ain't got time to take pics of Cards' (alleged) ass."
