I'm always looking for chicken fried steak smothered with gravey. But don't be too heavy on the batter. Is this Ann's heavy on the batter?

The Osage casino at Ponca has a monster chicken fry.
Tenderized round steak, hand breaded and deep fried.
The half order will cover most of a 10" plate.
I've never seen how big a full order is.
