Use to like Captain but my vise is Sailor Jerys now a days. I have tryed maaaaaaaaaaaaaany different rums and no longer have the desier to try any others.

Bacardi and Bacardi 151, I absolutely despise Captain Morgan and now have several others to try thanks to you guys! I have been mostly a Bacardi drinker since one day several years ago I wanted to start drinking healthier and started making Bacardi and Diet Coke and it was surprisingly good (of course the healthy drinking thing didn't last too long, I'm back to Shok-Top and Jack and Coke)...

Or for a dark rum, I liked Myers's Dark Rum, some bar had it, tried it with a coke, and it was actually pretty tasty, seems like it had a nice sweetness to it.

Bacardi's 50 or 100 yr (cant recall how long they age it)aged rum, cant buy it anywhere but at their factory store in Puerto Rico.

I used to drink rum quite a bit, like my 151 and cokes. Not the greatest tasting smoothest rum but it gets the job done.
I stick to Makers Mark now if I'm drinking liquor.
