How about Arvest for mortgage loans?

The only problem I have had with them concerned insurance. I had a jerk A$$ insurance agent that doubled my house insurance and sent it in. Arvest paid it at the last of December when it wasnt due until the end of February. I cancelled the insurance and had a heck of a time having to go through all the trouble.

Awesome bank they were the only ones that loaned me money to do a remodel job on a 99 year old house back in 2006 they gave us the construction loan did the repairs and locked us in with a conventional loan rate of 6% that was a great rate back in 2006.

Fast forward we just coverted our home loan in fall of 2011 from a Cov to a VA loan and locked us in at 4% we have all our car loans and checking and CC with Arvest.
