I found one of these types that fit in my TJs. I holds a ton of ****! We beat on our Jeeps and there is some tricks to learn on keeping tools and such from rattling. Old towels and pack it tight helps.

Buy some nesting boxes with lock downs like my RIGID stack.

There a quite a few guys I know use the Milwaukee stacks like these with great success in their off road jeeps and buggies.

I gues a guy could screw them down and some type lock. But easily broke into.

I built a box out of 1" plywood. Brackets on the inside. 4 holes in the bottom with j hooks that secured the whole thing to the floor. Back end of the top follows the outline of the inside of the tail gate. Back end of the bottom stops before it gets to the tire changing stuff. Painted it but mine is never outside in the rain with the top down. I put 4 large eyehooks on the outside top corners so I could strap more stuff down if necessary. 2 door Jeep so no back seat of course.

These are not the firearms you're looking for.

Just get you one of these.

My suggestion would be to paint the Jeep pink! I doubt that most pink jeeps would carry any kind of tools. Just a simple game of deception. A set of headlight 'eyelashes' would complete the illusion!

metal military ammo boxs,,,bolt them down and fit with padlocks holding the lid down..long tools put under hood.plastic and fiberglass boxs, are tough, but the thieves will try to get in them ,because plastic is quieter than metal when you smash it with a sledgehammer.
