There is a lot of BS going around, I can't get into it more than that. There are some issues, but he won't be leaving.
And lose a month of recruiting time? IMHO, if he's going, he'll leave this week.
I can't imagine him leaving before the bowl game. Perhaps it will be ANNOUNCED prior to the bowl game.

If I were Gundy and I planned on leaving, I'd do it ASAP. No reason to coach the bowl game (especially the HOD bowl) when you've already got a foot out the door. Leave it the capable hands of T-Monken and B-Young and tell Holder to piss off once and for all.
But if I were Gundy - I wouldn't be going anywhere. Barring a string of catastrophic seasons, he's got tenure here.
