You shouldn't need the shot if you are not immune compromised, way old or really young. Try taking 3000 of C daily as well as 5000 of D. I have to deal with truck stops and rest areas in multiple states. hand sanitizer is my friend...

I get a flu shot every year. Don't know how much it helps but I haven't missed a day of work for illness in over 5 years.
My wife has been sick with the crud for over a week. 2 visits to the doctor. We will see if this last visit gives her any relief.

No conspiracy but IMO the flu shot is Big Pharmacy bread and butter. Gotta cover those Christmas bonuses...
