I keep charcoal capsules and at the first sign of stomach bug or food poisoning, I take 3 and then 3 more in about 2 hours.

Covid going around a few folks from traveling over the 4th.
me and my old lady have been saying the past 2 weeks off and on we have had pain in our stomachs but to be straightforward with it, it isnt like the gotta go to the bathroom diarehea type stuff. its been just a straight painful feeling in the stomach. it could have something to do with covid maybe who knows. i think it causes harm and damages all different bodily organs.
