The ICP/Juggalo thing is really popular some of the northern Indian reservations, especially in Montana, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. Also somewhat in the Dakotas. It seems to be the group that attracts young people who feel worthless and unwanted, but I've had quite a bit of dealings with young males and females with hatchetman tattoos and pendants who are really great kids on a one-to-one basis. It hurts to know that their loyalty to the Clown Posse will disourage them from following through on any positive goals they may have for their lives.
