It’s true. Once it gets to this point I doubt he’s going to all of the sudden going to be fair and smooth things over. You gotta be smart about it right now. He could very easily stick you with a legal hassle if he says you owe for things once you’re gone.
but that's part of the reason i want him to fix this. i don't want a situation where we leave and then he's like "OH AND YOU LEFT THIS MASSIVE PLUMBING LEAK"

Its everywhere. don't fret just get into a place where you can get your own place or find a better landlord. I was forced to move by the State ( they tore my house down for new highway) So i move into a expensive rent house. after first year lease is up i simply said you take a hundred or two off ill stay for the long term. i Got back Ill sue you i said for what and got crickets. next week had a 2 year lease for 50 bucks less a month. i Took it but i also have almost 4 pages of repairs and maint i have done with dates dollar value labor value and reciepts. im holding those until i move in case i need. that being said ive left every rent house ive lived in better than i found it.!

can't buy a house if you aren't a minority! they hate small business owners who don't finance stuff! but they'll sell one to a "family" without bank accounts in a heart beat.....
Don’t know how it is now, but the first house at 24 I bought I had literally no credit. Was making decent money, owned no one money, two decent cars paid for. Paid cash for everything. They wanted to go off a credit scar. I told them they were crazy and would go to someone who does manual underwriting. Why they want to loan to someone who is paying debt is beyond me.
Fortunately, I got to a point where I could pay cash for the house I’m in at 46. My other house will be paid off this year. I could pay it off now but almost everything has been going mainly to principle the last couple years.

everyone just says "well you HAVE to do it."

and thus, we keep complaining. usury is satanic.

You gotta sell everything extra, spend nothing, save up and pay cash for whatever you can afford. You’ll be glad you did it in 5 years.

With interest still low it's cheaper to buy than pay rent. Yes, interest is still low by historical standards. It used to be 7.5% was a "standard" rate. Going back further in time it was 10%. People today gripe when the rate goes up a quarter point from 2.75 to 3.0 before they get title done to close. lol

I think I can help you out. Not too long ago you stated that doctors and nurses would be killed "en masse" so I upped the insurance on my wife knowing that you HAD to have some great inside intel and NO WAY could be just some crazy rant. After she's gone and I've mourned a while, I'll be moving and I could make you a good deal on our home with owner financing if interested.

2 sides to every story so I'd hold out on passing judgement.

there have been multiple hospital shootings, but yeah you're right no way anyone deserves a place to live for believing something you consider to be conspiracy.

i said that as someone who has lots of family/friends/loved ones who work at hospitals, so i mean.....not really sure what you interpreted.

i mean


this was 6 hours ago. have you looked up how many of these incidents have occurred? or are you just taking some random cheap shot that isn't even a cheap shot?
