Y’all make up your minds. Is this thread about bone spurs, steaks or politics?

Bone spurs. Yes they hurt. I have them on top of all my other ailments.

Steaks. Medium rare for me. I’m going to have to try the butter idea.

Politics. I generally wait till I see who all the contenders are before I vote. In our last election it was simple. I’d vote for anyone except the Hildabeast. As far as the recall, I think it may have been a warning shot or a view of things to come.

FWIW, plantar fasciitis is often confused with bone spurs.

"Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the fibrous tissue (plantar fascia) along the bottom of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. Plantar fasciitis can cause intense heel pain."

I had a terrible case of it for over a year, then accidentally cured it when I started eating about a cup of broccoli flowerettes (frozen, semi-cooked in a microwave) daily for a month or so. I was just trying to add some bulk to my diet and cut back on calories.

It starts to come back if I neglect eating the broccoli for 2-3 days. Certainly worth a try if you have heel pain.

Get it done before evening. Storms are supposed to blow in. It'd be a shame for it to blow off the jack stands and break a tie rod or brake backing plate too.

All done. Went ahead and did both sides.
Replaced both upper control arms, both wheel hub assemblies and the brake caliper on the drivers side.
Drives like a new truck now.

I need a beer.
