FWIW, plantar fasciitis is often confused with bone spurs.

I had a terrible case of it for over a year, then accidentally cured it when I started eating about a cup of broccoli flowerettes (frozen, semi-cooked in a microwave) daily for a month or so. I was just trying to add some bulk to my diet and cut back on calories.

It starts to come back if I neglect eating the broccoli for 2-3 days. Certainly worth a try if you have heel pain.

Ouch.

I got a different problem called plantyerassyitus. Just can't seem to get moving today.

The lift kit is fine, but it wears out the upper control arm ball joints more rapidly because of the extended angle. They're good for about 3 years.

If you live in the US he’s your President too. You do have options if that’s a problem for you.
I don’t have all the info available that he did when deciding to launch or not launch the attack. I know he does have a lot of people advising him that are quick to get America into needless wars. He also has a lot of haters out there that seem to get off criticizing whatever move he makes. TDS is real. MANY people have changed their position midstream just to oppose whatever decision he makes. He won the 2016 election and by the way things look now, he will probably win in 2020. I can’t wait to hear what a fine choice you will make and for you to share the reasons here. We are fortunate to have a real thinking person sharing your wealth of knowledge here.

Don't forget the same people that are calling Trump a wimp are the same folks in the media and congress that criticized Bush for being a warmonger saying that if he did airstrikes it would only create more terrorists and be worse for the US.
Now when it comes to Trump calling off a strike in progress, the same folks say he has no backbone and should have hit Iran with everything up to a nuke.
The poor guy can't get a break, and the idiot dims will swap their ideology in a heartbeat just to criticize and maybe get some votes.
At least the Republicans that are neocons and warmongers stick to their guns.
