Need locksmith to program car key

I just bought a 2010 Ford Escape and need to have a key copied and programmed. I got the blank key on Ebay, just need it cut and programmed. Dealer wants $65 to do it, a lock smith i called wanted $50. Both seemed a bit steep to me. Anyone know of a place in OKC that'll do it cheaper?

I bought a key for my 2010 F150 off of EBAY, Home Depot cut it with no guarantee, and the vendor I bought it from provided instruction how to program the key, the instructions are out on the web somewhere...

For those that need it, I called Roger's safe and lock on NW 5th st, and he said he'd cut it for $2 and program it for $25. I got the key with the built in remote on ebay for $20, so that's $47 total vs. $120 for the key plus $65 to program = $185 from the dealer.

Need to do this for my daughters jeep. Last time I checked at a locksmith it was over $200.

Sounds to me like you called the wrong locksmith!!!
