One thing that did help last time was room temp water. for whatever reason, it would soothe the pain until it warmed up. rinse repeat.

What I have found out regarding the OraJel 4X is it is short time relief. I took 2 Tylenol and 2 Ibuprofen after eating lunch and am still pain free 4 hours later. Some soreness, but not like I was dealing with Friday and Saturday.

I'm guessing you have an abscess that is now draining. You definitely need to see a dentist ASAP.

Pure ‘Oil of Clove’ placed on the problem tooth with a Q-Tip will provide temporary relief until you can see a Dentist…..

I've never had a tooth ache in my entire life, until yesterday. Good golly miss Molly does it hurt. I started taking ibuprofen yesterday, but it has barely touched the pain. Does anyone have a home remedy for the pain?

Get some clove oil, put it on a cotton ball and hold it against the tooth. Pain gone instantly.
