A man has four important birthdays in his life:

16 - you can drive a car
18 - you can buy girlie mags (or cigarettes though I question why anyone would want to)
21 - you can buy beer

The most important? 25 when your insurance goes down.

Stillwater is a fun town to be 21 in... though growing up there, I had most of the real heavy drinking out of my system by that time, haha. Congrats on the upcoming permission slip. I hope you are as thankful to our wonderful leaders as I am for their beneficence in letting us have such things as the privilege to bear arms, and put certain approved substances in our bodies.
