I'm not a hot sauce kinda guy. I have a delicate palette. But I just love the chit outta some medium salsa! On the Border may be my favorite, other than homemade. Last time I was at Cazadorez in Shawnee, theirs was perfect!

Salsa Huichol. It's $1.50 or so at Walmart. It's great on eggs and anything than involves a tortilla.

I'm a fan of Melinda's Trinidad scorpion sauce. They also have a black truffle hot sauce that will make you never use anything with Tabasco and vinegar in it again.
