Best Chicken Fry in OKC?

I posted it in that other CFS thread, but here it is again, my CFS, eggs, hash browns, and Tejas toast from Iron Skillet:

Probably taken at 2:30-3 in the morning after a night of boozing it up. Fantastic munch post!

Iron Skillet, it's in the Petro gas station/truck stop just east of downtown OKC. There's a couple truckstops there, it's at the I-40/Reno and MLK crossing.
