Ok, now that we have had all the "nutty" comments, (Ha HA) how about sharing the recipes for various nuts, other than the ones you screw on and put a cotter pin through so your flaperon so do not fly off in a direction different than the rest of what I am flying.
I have to say, OSA is the weirdest place that I keep going back to on a regular basis, to get the "unique" information and opinions that sometimes may be useful here. There is a wealth of information here, but at other times reading posts, I think, "I want to make sure that even after several beers, I should make sure never do that." Lots of smart, experienced, adventuresome people here that share their knowledge, or strange experiences, and their screw ups. I originally came here to learn about OK CC Gun laws. Now I know I should pay attention and be concerned about nuts. I have 15 lbs of pecans shelled in the freezer. I have a smoker, what combinations can I use? Smoke or no smoke, that is the question, what are the recipes?
I once heard of a person who had a pet pig that she gave bacon to, would this be the same as using pecan wood to smoke pecans? I guess I should use hickory so that it would not be considered cannibalism.
I have eaten the sugar coated ones, someone gave me some jalapeno pecans one time, but I could not figure out how to duplicate them.
