Are you an Oklahoma SDA licensee? If so, then loaded concealed carry of a handgun is OK in MO. Open carry is allowed without a license, but they don't have preemption, and some municipalities prohibit OC by ordinance. If you don't have a license, I'd feel safe transporting it unloaded and in a case.

That's what I know about the handgun. Don't know about the rifle. I'd not hesitate to transport it unloaded and encased, and would probably carry that in the trunk if you have one.

Missouri does not have a "must notify" law like Oklahoma does.

Your car is an extension of your residence in Missouri. Feel free to carry loaded open or concealed in your car without a license legally.

Also, no public intoxication or open container laws in Missouri.
