As far as the comment about most would have let it lay isbulls ****. Nobody let it lay when Rick said it, y'all jumped on him like a red headed run away stepchild. Not one of you have said, yeah, Rick I'm sorry, I was mistaken, and did not really do the research to prove you wrong when I should have. Speaking from the Dem talking points can be dangerous.
Flat-ass make it up is the same as calling a person a liar in my opinion, and I'm sorry if you don't see it that way.

EDIT: And these debates do not bother me in any way. If someone can prove me wrong that is good, I learn something. If not maybe they learn something. I know I am not the best at expressing myself and that sometimes what I am trying to say does not come across as intended but most of the time it is the double standard I am fighting against.

I'm not saying that he didn't hear it, nor am I saying that he didn't hear it given as advice, only that I've never heard it given as advice ("don't fight" yes, "lay back and try to enjoy it" no)--hell, I'm not even saying it was never common advice, just that none of the evidence presented supports the assertion that it was. Saying that his logic is faulty is not even close to saying he's lying.

If he wants to comment at this point, I have no problem listening to anybody, and if proven wrong, I'll be more than happy to admit that I am.
It just seems a lot of folks on this forum want to call people liars when they haven't done the research, and then are happy to fade off when the post fades away.
Its not right, and I'm on a quest from this point out.

No and I did not imagine it, but I am having a heck of a time finding a link. I do not know if it never made it to the web or has been scrubbed but if it is available I will find it. I now have a few others that remember it looking too.
