Some day (likely a long time from now) I pray you’ll find responsibility.i'm younger than almost most people on this board.
i'm older than credit scores.
you guys ruined everything.
it's okay.
just admit it.

no like i said; anything past your personal property is taxed so much you either HAVE TO ACTUALLY BE WEALTHY to afford it, like REALLY be able to afford it, not just have the bank for it then get someone else to pay you in order to pay the bank. That’s not really true. In many situations they are essential. If you need to use them and can’t buy them for yourself.
I guess I’m just not following how things could work in your ideal world. No one owns anything by any definition of the word? I really don’t understand.
gaslighting. Some day (likely a long time from now) I pray you’ll find responsibility.
I don’t care to entertain any of that discussion. I just know you belittle people for saving money, owning a home, and investing.gaslighting.
the finance system in america is wrong. do you agree or disagree?
or how about this one:
american "capitalism" is not what the forefathers both intended and designed. agree or disagree?
you think honest Abe would endorse a FICO score?!
i'm not allowed to type here what a lot of our forefathers said about the uh....."finance" industry.
Ok so you don’t want people to own more than one house. But how does that stop you from buying one for yourself?no like i said; anything past your personal property is taxed so much you either HAVE TO ACTUALLY BE WEALTHY to afford it, like REALLY be able to afford it, not just have the bank for it then get someone else to pay you in order to pay the bank.
if you own property that YOU aren't living in; it gets taxed to the point of making it not worth it. people with "summer homes" that are actually rich can still have them; boomers taking advantage of the corrupt financial system will not.
So the solution for you is to keep renting and helping someone own more than one house?well supply and demand is certainly affected when you put artificial entry barriers like the credit system. also when you allow hoarding.
like i don't get it; they ration TOILET PAPER becasue it's considered essential, but there's no "limit 2" on HOMES?
we all know it's a horrible system. saying "well what are YOU going to do about it?" misses the point. when people do something, don't say i didn't warn ya.
no the solution is waiting for them all to die. time is on my side. i don't mind waiting to see what shakes out; like i said things are trending my way. even the right wing is supporting populism; as it should. So the solution for you is to keep renting and helping someone own more than one house?
