I've been watching Barbecue Pit Masters on tv and seen them using these.
They look very cool but I don't understand how it works.
You have any pictures of the inside?
Thanks!

This is the best I have. I have seen better but for some reason I can't find one online at the moment.

Under the flame is an iron grate and space where the ash builds up. Pretty basic but nice thick fire box and exterior.

I would likely buy the Primo grill. Their large oval is perfect size I think.

I'm jealous of your egg. I'd love to get one, but boy are they pricey!

Bit steep I agree. This was a gift from my wife. :w000t:

To rich for my blood and I really wanted one. If I remember right the range was from $450-$900.

Yes. I think this one was $700. I will be building a nice stand for it in the next few months. YOu might look into the Primo. Not sure about a price difference though.

Here is an excellent forum. http://primogrillforum.com/

Enjoy. :soldiers:

Niice selection. I like the Jen Air grills. I have a Brinkman gas grill that still works well. Looks like you have covered all the bases. I enjoy the smokey flavor that the lump charcoal brings to the food.

I have a Jen Air grill paid $900 what a piece of junk! Only good thing lifetime parts, your going to need them.

Anyone for brick oven Pizza? hmmm...... Well, let me say that this was my first attempt at Pizza on the Egg and I need practice. Picked up some dough balls at Sam's. Not bad stuff really. Easy for sure. Made a peperoni with no sauce for the boy and Margherita pizza for myself and the wife. Turned out pretty good.
Cooked at around 600 degrees. Indirect method on a raised stone. That thing was hot.
