I read it. I do not believe the "boy" can defend hisself. If he could he would. He wouldn't go crying to his daddy. They say the apple don't fall far from the tree tho and here daddy is crying about how his son is being mistreated.

Bwahahahaha! Yeah, man, that's it. I'm a little sissy man. You got it, "Hugh".

<edit> This Hugh guy is just another new troll (or the same old one, more likely). He's now on my /i list, too. Hugh, since I can't see you anymore it won't help to reply, but I'd just appreciate it if you'd stay away from my threads. No harm, no foul, and I won't be replying, just go find another sandbox to crap in. It won't matter, in a few days, he'll get banned, too. Good riddance.

You are on here crying about the principal ignoring your crying.

I am asking the principal to do his job, that's all. Apparently he doesn't even know his own school's policies. Took us 5 minutes to look up in the handbook. If the school says no bullying, no fighting, then they should enforce it. If my kid beats this other kid's ass when he tries to bully him, MY kid is the one who is going to get punished - either suspended or expelled. I'm ok with turning my son loose and telling him to defend himself with everything he's been taught - but that is a qiuck way to expulsion. We're trying to follow the school's rules - the problem is, the school isn't following their own.

And as for going to the police, when a kid makes a threat about firearms in a school these days, that needs to be reported. It's not optional, in my opinion.

With the threat of a gun, going to the authorities was the right thing to do. Otherwise, part of growing up is learning how to deal with bullies and other assholes. I was bullied for a couple of years before I decided I'd had enough. One day the bully walked up to me with that smirk on his face. Before he had a chance to say or do anything I busted his nose. Bully had had enough even though he could have kicked my butt. Your son does not have to kick the bullies ass, he just has to stand up for himself and let the bully know he'll fight back. Bullies don't like to get hurt either.

Honestly, what are chances of Hugh finding tRidiot here on OSA? I'm thinking the odds are less than 1:100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. Just a troll trolling.

I'm not a hard guy to find.

I know this... and this is how it was handled when I was growing up as well... but these days, retaliating like that will only get you expelled. You know as well as I do, the one who retaliates is the one who gets caught, or both do. Look at sports - football, basketball, etc., - the ref catches the guy who retaliates. Sometimes the instigator gets caught, too, but I don't want my son kicked out of school for standing up for himself - but this is what will happen if he physically knocks one of these kids on their ass.
