I didn't read through all the comments but here's what I'd do;
If the principal "blew me off" then I'd try to get the spot light shined bright on his ass.
Contact:
Television Channels and see what they'd do...like go to the school with a camera and a microphone asking his policies on bullying and if he handled your case appropriately.
Contact local radio stations and tell them what happened.
Contact the Tulsa Newspaper and see if they'd run an article on what happened to your son, the name of the school, AND THE NAME OF THE PRINCIPAL.
Trust me....any tyoe of administrator doesn't want any news coverage with their face in a camera or any articles about them and bullying at their school.
I'd tell him if he won't resolve it..maybe putting this on youtube would help your son...and if he'd like local news coverage about this case.
See how he responds to that.
