Where they bust the sod in South Tulsa County.
Stopped by Mission BBQ. They were closed for a private party and their official opening date is October 1.
Drove over to Clark Crew BBQ. No waiting at 2pm. They have another location in OKC. We had burnt ends and ribs. So far this is the only Q joint in Tulsa that serves burnt ends. They were very good; not Jack Stack’s awesomeness but worthy of going back and ordering again. My wife said that the ribs were as good as Burnco but I’d like to do a side by side comparison. They don’t have their liquor license yet so there’s no beer or stock of spirits.

Went to Clarks Crew last Sunday. We split their Brussel Sprouts appetizer (which were great!), and ribs, pulled pork, sliced brisket, burnt ends. They were all moist, flavorful, well smoked, and we WILL be back! Wait staff is good, and a manager on the floor keeping a close eye on everything.
