I said I'm thankful for the LEOs. Respect is something that's earned individually. There you go twisting words. Just the kind of cop we need laws for. See, that's why this buy in the video recorded. Just bc someone is a cop doesn't mean they get it right either. I believe you even said something about going off half cocked and getting details wrong. It's the details that matter, right? Try living by your own rules. Oh yeah, that's right, you just want everybody else to live by those rules but not you bc you are a cop. I respect some cops. Many that I've gotten to know and ride along with at times. But don't respect all of ya. Just thankful for ya.

Hey, when in doubt, twist words and call names and curse words. That's a champ. Glad you rep the people of Ttown

OUT.

Ironic given how this started with you starting a rumor that you had no backing for because of the obvious regard you have for cops.

Previously you mentioned that you were done. Since you obviously didn't mean that, I find it rather projectionist that you lied more than once in this thread and now believe that I am somehow twisting your words.

Your words are there for all to see; they haven't been altered in any way.

Not here to argue. Just wanted to give the link of where I read the Tulsa thing. It was in the article liked here on the USA Carry site.

He may be wrong but that's where I got the info. He also may be right too and you just haven't received your briefing on your November orders yet.

Like I said, not here to argue but you said you'd be interested to see where I read this and seemed to think I just made it up so here it is. Still may not be true but here's the source.

I haven't checked for any responses from my prior post on the matter, but I think OHP's current policy is to disarm lawful CC holders upon contact throughout the duration of the business with the citizen. That would drive the antagonist featured here, and his youtube channel nuts, wouldn't it?

So because some police officer somewhere MIGHT abuse their authority, we need a new law to bind every other police officer?

Some say yes.

SB 1760
Oklahoma Riot Control and Prevention Act; providing that certain provisions shall not be construed to allow certain actions by certain officials. Effective date.

 Ooh!Ooh! Mr. Kotter! I have a question for the teacher! The Oklahoma SDA that goes into effect in Nov. says it's perfectly legal to stop you and check for a permit simply because you're carrying a gun. That's the basis that MWCPD is using to make their policy. But the guy in the video we just saw mentioned that in U.S. vs. DeBerry that's NOT sufficient reason to initiate a Terry stop.

So who's right?
